It’s the largest gathering of visual arts, design, and media arts educators in the world, offering hundreds of options for professional learning and inspiration. NAEA22 Scholarships
Consider applying for a scholarship covering NAEA National Convention attendance:
First-Time Attendee Scholarships
This scholarship is designed to support visual arts educators who are first-time attendees of an NAEA National Convention. Four First-Time Attendee Scholarships will be awarded.

Art Educator Scholarships
This scholarship is designed to support visual arts educators on their path of continued professional learning—and is open to all NAEA members who have attended a National Convention in the past. Ten scholarships will be awarded.

ED&I Scholarship
The NAEA ED&I Commission offers a scholarship opportunity that is designed to increase equity, diversity, and inclusion in the field of visual arts, design, and media arts education as well as remove barriers to access for underserved and underrepresented individuals.
The scholarship includes complimentary registration to the 2022 NAEA National Convention (a value of up to $195) and 1 year of membership to NAEA (not to be combined with state association membership). This scholarship is open to all visual arts and design educators. Up to 20 individuals will be selected, with a priority focus on first-time NAEA National Convention participants and preservice educators.
