Registering with a Purchase Order

1. Select your ticket option/ price. To view more options, click the small arrow to show More prices (2).

2. Select the quantity. For multiple tickets on the same Purchase Order, select the total number of tickets for each pricing level

3. Click Checkout to continue.

4. Complete the form including for each ticket

   1. Attendee information such as attendee name, personal email, and dietary restrictions

   2. Purchase Order number.

      1. If PO number is not available at time of registration, please type "PENDING" and ensure your PO is emailed to treasurer@newmexicoarteductors.org prior to event.

   3. Billing information such as district/charter contact name, email, etc. Invoices will be sent this person.

5. Review and Acknowledge NMAEA Purchase Order Requirements, Media Release, and Cancellation policies.

6. Review Manual Payments information.

7. Click Place Order to complete registration.

   
   

Please PRINT and present your ticket and District Purchase Order (PO) when registering for the 2026 Crossroads of Creativity Fall Professional Development Conference to expedite your registration and ensure proper billing.

Early check in will occur Thursday in various locations through the day. Please see agenda. And, in the evening in the hotel.
