NMAEA is utilizing an easier credit card and ACH payment servicer. To expedite your registration at the conference, we encourage all attendees to utilize the card payment option powered by Zeffy. However, if you will be registering and paying with a Purchase Order (PO) provided by your school, district, or charter, we will be able to accommodate your needs. Same day or walk-in registration is always welcome too!

Conference Policies

Attendees utilizing a Purchase Order (PO) for registration for NMAEA's 2026 Crossroads of Creativity Fall Professional Conference will need to present a printed hard copy of the PO to complete payment for registration at the registration desk.

Attendees will need to present their registration confirmation ticket at the time of registration.

During this event, NMAEA will be documenting all aspects of the conference not limited to photographs, video, or other ways to promote or use in future communications. Please see the NMAEA Media Release Policy.

Please know you are responsible for your own hotel accommodations.

NMAEA will provide select meals included in the price of your conference fee. Please check conference agenda. Only vegetarian dietary restrictions can be accommodated at this time.
